Stuffed Maine Clams

Local Topneck and Sea Clams are steamed, chopped, and combined with onion, garlic and spices, then added to our crumb stuffing and replaced in the topneck clam shells. They heat equally well in the microwave or oven and are wonderful served as an appetizer with a wedge of lemon.
